The Ortofon CC MKII TWIN MIX Concorde MKII Twin Mix Cartridges provide two matching cartridges for DJs who need versatile vinyl performance. Each cartridge arrives with a preinstalled spherical diamond stylus, while the included Flight case keeps both cartridges together for convenient storage and transportation. Furthermore, the MIX serves as a general-purpose cartridge designed for scratch, back-cueing, and everyday DJ applications. Its spherical diamond stylus works with a solid aluminium cantilever to provide dependable groove handling during active performances. Consequently, DJs can maintain controlled tracking while mixing, scratching, and back-cueing across different musical styles. The cartridge delivers a 6 mV output at 1 kHz and 5 cm/sec for balanced signal performance. Additionally, its 20 dB channel separation supports transparent stereo reproduction across the sonic spectrum. The MIX achieves 100 μm tracking ability at 315 Hz, providing reliable groove tracking during demanding vinyl use. Moreover, DJs can operate the cartridge between 2 and 4 g tracking force, while Ortofon recommends 3 g for the intended setup. The R 18 μm spherical stylus tip provides consistent groove contact during regular DJ techniques. Therefore, the Ortofon CC MKII TWIN MIX Concorde MKII Twin Mix Cartridges combines practical tracking characteristics with transparent sound and dependable handling for varied vinyl performances. Each cartridge weighs 18.5 g and uses a Bayonet/SME mounting format for compatible turntables. Finally, DJs can replace the original stylus with the dedicated Stylus CC MKII Mix when required.
